On Site Scanning / Surveying

Highly motivated scan teams provide scanning services worldwide.
Unison owns at present 2 laser scanners with complementing technologies.

Custom equipment as well as for the Plant Industry specially developed work flows are an integral part of  the work process. In house developed software applications enhance the ease of use of laser scan data.

Unison uses accompanying classic surveying methods in order to provide Georeferencing and to facilitate the registration process.It also provides the quality assurance of a second instrument required to capture complex industrial plants.

3D Scans with color (photo mapping)

Scan data can be enhanced with photo realistic information taken from an SLR camera. For every scan position photos are stitched together to provide a 360° - panorama which is then transferred through special calibrated equipment to the point cloud and the Plantview Documentation.

Unison PlantView is a web based Internet Explorer navigation interface that provides a visual structured interface of the scanned plant. The captured scans are presented with a 360° photo realistic Panorama View (Truviews).
The installation can be made on a local workstation as well as on a server environment.  The server installation enables access to the scan documentation for the complete project team (unlimited users)

Unison PlantView is a standard deliverable for all Unison scan projects.  Existing scan projects can be imported in Plantview as well.

 leica truview   is a 3D point cloud created from a 3d laser scanner that has been optimized to work on a web browser. Leica-TruView is a free plug in for Internet explorer.
